Orders take up to 5 working days to dispatch during busy drops.


Estimated delivery times:

 

  • UK: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • US & Rest of World: 5–10 business days after dispatch

 


Delivery times are estimates — sometimes couriers move slower than we do.

 


 

International Customers

 

As of 28th October 2025 ALL Duties and Customs are covered by us- you won't pay anything extra on delivery

 

 

Returns

 


We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.


To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging — with all tags attached. You’ll need proof of purchase to complete your return.


To start the process, email BRAT@SPECIALPROJECTSMUSIC.CO with your order number.


Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Returns sent without prior contact won’t be accepted — no exceptions.


You’re responsible for the cost of returning your parcel. We recommend using a tracked service — if it goes missing, we can’t help.

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


We don’t accept returns on:

 

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Anything that’s been worn, washed, or damaged

 


For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and intimate items are final sale.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 


If something isn’t right, email BRAT@SPECIALPROJECTSMUSIC.CO within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a quick description of the issue.

We’ll fix it — fast.
