Orders placed before 3pm (GMT) ship the same day. Orders after 3pm ship the next business day. UK delivery takes 1–3 business days, EU 3–5, and US & Rest of World 5–7. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached. To start a return, email brat@specialprojectsmusic.co with your order number. You’ll need to cover the return shipping (tracked only). We don’t accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or intimate garments. If you need a different size or received something faulty, email brat@specialprojectsmusic.co within 7 days and we’ll sort it fast.
